Field Hockey Manitoba (FHM) announced on the team rosters for both the men and women representing Manitoba in FHM's 1st Invitational Indoor Field Hockey Tournament to be held on March 26-28, 2010 in Southport Recreation Centre, Portage La Prairie.

Representative teams from Alberta, Manitoba and Saskatchewan will be competing for the top prizes in the men's category while in the women's group there will be a 3 game test series between Manitoba and Saskatchewan.
FHM will have 3 teams (2 men & 1 women) participating at the tournament.

Alberta Men defeated Sakatchewan 9-3 to win the Gold medal game while Manitoba Men M2 won 6-1 against Alberta U18 for the Bronze medal.
